Title: The follow-up program of the infants with the perinatal risk factors

Abstract

Perinatal pathology has a significant impact on the level of disability of the child population. The issues of optimizing the quality of medical care for patients in the early stages of ontogenesis remain relevant. Currently, it has been revealed that the «plasticity» of the brain of children at risk of developmental delay can be activated by early therapeutic intervention. We have implemented a comprehensive program of catamnestic monitoring of children with risk factors. Follow-up period: from 2 to 24 months of life with the possibility of including the patient in the rehabilitation process if necessary. The following techniques are used: HINE (3, 6, 10, 14 months of corrected age), BSID-III (3, 6, 10, 14, 24 months of CA), MacArthur CDI, М-CHAT-R/F and TSFI (18 months of CA). Our dedicated and collaborative team of pediatricians, neurologists, rehabilitation specialists, psychologists and speech therapists provides an objective assessment of the child’s development and early intervention.
